Telkomsel has a new bug for the free internet. This morning I tried to use the simpati card in mig33 v4.20 applications. Package FLASH (DAFTAR PAKET FLASH DULU) only cut 1 - 2 KB once connection.

Proxy: 202.3.219.14
port: 80
others just emptied.
NOTE: TRY DISCONECT AND CONNECT IT AGAIN IF YOU STILL CAN NOT ACCESS THE BUG.
