Create Shortcut To Hibernate


Hibernate in Windows is one feature that is quite interesting. By enabling hibernate then when you open the computer, Windows will not start the process all over again but booting directly to a position where all applications and documents that last time that you open.

To activate hibernate from the menu can Turn Off Computer, press the Shift key and click on the menu Hibernate.


To speed up the process of hibernation you can create a shortcut as follows:

1. Right click on the Desktop.
2. select New menu - Shortcut.
3. In the Type of location of the item is filled with:
% Windir% \ system32 \ rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll, SetSuspendState
4. Click the Next button.
5. Give the shortcut a name, such as Hibernate.
6. Click the Finish button.
